anterior positioning appliance in the management certain TM
disorders. In this lecture, Dr. Okeson reviews the history of
this appliance and how the literature has helped the clinician
better understand when this appliance may be helpful and
what can be achieved. Dr. Okeson also presents a simple
technique that can be used to custom design an anterior
positioning appliance to meet your patient’s intracapsular
needs.
